Packers were silly kicking a f io eld goal with 2:05 left, why would you think you were going to get the ball back with Brady on the other side of the field. Only thing that stopped Brady all night was his inability to hit that deep sideline throw to Evan's, other than that they moved the ball pretty easily all game.

Letting a white guy beat you for a TD with 8 seconds left swung the momentum (...missed a chance for an INT a play or two earlier too...). And then the Aaron Jones fumble at the start of the 2nd half were, to me, the plays that killed the Packers. LaFleur’s decision to go for 2 as well as the FG towards the end are things I’m sure he’d like to take back.

I think going for 2 was the right call, but the FG was a horrible mistake imo. Lost all aggression with one of the games best QBs and giving the ball to another great QB makes no sense to me. Rogers had to be angry that they took the game out of his hands.

His response during his post-game interview definitely led me to think he was.

What I also don’t get is why they didn’t call timeout and talk about their options and if they had a play they could have run. Worse case scenario, they turn the ball over on downs but TB is backed up on the 8.

Rodgers didn't look like himself at the end of the Packers' last drive. He had a lot of open field into the end zone, with only three defenders close by, and all were at least 10 yards from the pylon, about the same distance he had to cover. A few years ago, he would've lowered his shoulders and ran for the corner. Maybe he's feeling his age, and didn't think he would outrun the D, but I think he woulda picked up at least 5-6 yards if he did get stopped short of the end zone...would have been 4th and 2, at the worst...especially if his receivers slowed down the Buc's Ds that were covering them, who were closest to the pylon...

coulda, woulda, shoulda...but Rodgers reminded me of Jared Goff, not taking yards on the ground that the defense gives him...

I agree with this and as soon as I saw the right side of the field open was yelling RUN IT only to see him step through the opening and then fire a rocket. Thought he had it and pictures of the Elway helicopter were in my head!

King was horrendous all game and got picked on repeatedly, but he doesn't call the D.
There was absolutely no reason GB did not have the safeties waaay back on that play. Guy on the radio said they played it with a spy on Brady as if they were afraid he'd run for 40 yards on them! HA!

That was totally on the coaches.

But King sucked.

Yup, a mystery to me why GB DC Mike Pettine had man coverage when zone would have been preferable. The Bucs had been picking on King and Chandon Sullivan throughout the 1st half so safety help should have been given. So yeah, King wasn’t totally to blame but poor judgment and technique seemed to plague him most of the game.
