I think we should vote on Attempt 1, Attempt 2, and Attempt 3. If no Attempt gets more than 50% of the vote, then we have a runoff between the top two vote getters.

Or, maybe it would be better to just go straight to ranked choice voting, but modified rank choice so that if an Attempt gets more than 50% of the vote, then it wins.
