45 on the dog walk. Light pants and a hoodie were sufficient. 65 predicted high today? Ooof.

Off to the gym... legs and shoulders today, but we're going lighter weight and higher reps to switch things up.

The gym that I frequent is about 4-5 miles away... someone got shot in front of it a couple months ago and there was a "faces of meth" gathering outside it this morning. 2 dudes and a chick... all of them in various stages of losing their teeth. Skinny. Haggard looking. Acting weird like meth heads do...

They don't bother me, I won't bother them.o:)
