hmm... ketchup doesn't sound good to me. I like a little shoyu and wasabi with my solo avocado. It reminds of a tofu I used to like from a place in Japan I don't remember the name of. It was like a dumpling sized tofu with a wasabi center. Soo good.

Never heard of, nor tried guacamole till I was in college. Back then Hawaii wasn’t exactly the place for Hispanics to come to so going to a Mexican restaurant was a rarity and sort of a big deal.

My kid time buddy that was our next, next door neighbor, used to eat avocado sandwiches and I thought it was the grossest thing I ever saw. [barf] Years later when I started to eat healthier, I tried a vegetarian sandwich with avocado and fell in love with them. But strangely enough, I’ve never made one at home, gonna hafta do that tomorrow or Friday.
