Freakin springtime colds are the worst!!

F@@king bitch bartender was working when she should called in sick...the sick Kent opened my eiffel tower 24 ounce Miller high life can with her dirty Germy mits/fingers...I drank it not knowing she was almost comatose....

I hate harbingers of disease....you can call in sick and get sick pay you stupid c##t!!! I'd love to crack her behind both knees with a long hard
plastic skinny yellow wiffle ball bat and watch her face plant into the beer cooler...

I don't need this bull**** one eye- ohhhh- tahhhh...

I feel you. I work in a small booth with a few other people in very close proximity luckily, we get it and either don't come in or remove ourselves from the situation. Every once in a while, an idiot comes along and ruins it for everyone. Just getting over pneumonia myself. Feel better

Last week was my week for the Spring Transitory Cold Allergies Sore Throat Gunk Festval.

This week is my wife’s turn.

You should crack that bartender for not being 100% clean.

Before she came in, she was probably in and out of a bunch of dumpsters.

Those people are groooooooss. [ram27bat]

Maybe...
It's my office...where I scratch off my unchecked scratch off lottery tickets... I gotta punch in when I get there...

I think it may be the flu?
Weak , Achey, sore throat, coughing bigtime, flem, now 100.8 fever...
No appetite at all...

No nausea or puking, I can taste, covid test negative.

I hope you feel better soon Mr. Jones.

As I know personally and I'm sure others here do as well cutting the bar out of your life is not easy but well worth it. Once you get past that urge to check in at the bar your world will get brighter. I never went to AA but some good friends have and the people you will meet there will end up being real friends the way no bartender or barflies ever will.

Tomorrow instead of going to the bar, try going to the coffee shop to tend to your scratchers. Maybe go to the animal shelter and get yourself a dog. Dogs are excellent friends and while walking your dog you will get exercise, fresh air, and meet new people. That dog will end up being your best friend. I don't mean to preach I just know that life is better after cutting out that daily stop at the bar. Get well soon Mr. Jones.

My covid test expired in August 2023, the one that came out negative...

Those "free gubment" covid tests are a racket...every time we request them
They are expired when we get them...or prolly testing for way earlier mutation than the one going around now...

I ain't blowing $40 for a newer test kit...

Beer is much cheaper when you buy it in a bar, vs going to a store and drinking it at home. Don't be stoopid.
