Be in a stadium for a World Cup game. About two years away.
See Arsenal play in person. Ideally in the summer in the states.
Die a quick painless death before 75.

Whoa! I'll be 75 in November, that is much too soon, "quick and painless", absolutely.

He does that quite a bit. Prolly why I hang out with him when I can. Just when I think my mind is perverse and strange... he says something to let me know it ain't so bad.

DED/Gene,

Re: My pre-75 bucket listing.

Both my grandfather and father lived a lot longer than could have been expected.

When my wife about 4 months pregnant, I told my grandfather I wanted him to stick around for the birth of our kid.

"I don't think so."
"Why?"
"All of my friends are dead."

He died 3 months prior to MP3's birth.

About 4 years ago, my dad lost his light. Couldn't figure out why he was so quiet and withdrawn. When I finally got him to talk, all he said was "All of my friends are dead."

I do not wish that longevity curse upon myself.

Have lived a full life and then some. I should be long dead or imprisoned.

Guess my work here isn't done yet.

My Mother passed at 93, she said the same thing. We all need to cultivate younger friends as well as those our own age.

Another important reason, you might need to be a substitute, (not a replacement) Father/Grandfather/friend to people that lose theirs. You cannot volunteer, but it happens. Growing up my Father was really smart and taught me much, but he was an alcoholic and my parents were divorced, I had a lot of proxy Fathers over the years to whom I am deeply indebted.

Sex in all 50 states?

Don’t you pay federal taxes? I would think that counts for 3rd base…

Friends grow apart as life happens. I have two specific friends that I hardly talk to and one lives here in town. Every time I see them that gap of time never happened…..don’t look past new friends around you. Especially if they like cigars.

Bucket list? That thought process halted when I got blessed with a kid.

Hey! My name’s John Q Cigarsmoker, and I’d like to pay twice retail on cigar bid because my brain doesn’t work right. I do zero price research, have plenty of disposable income and I LOVE Red Dot Cohibas! Looking to make friends with other blue falcons in the area - people who appreciate my love of overpriced cigars!

I see a bucket list item as something that is attainable but requires reach and grasp. I’d like to travel to Alaska via Vancouver. That seems quite doable. I’d like to spend 2 weeks in the Winter at Yellowstone Park in a nice decked out cabin.

I don’t know if this is doable, but I’d love to spend a long season in Buenos Aires which would include May through October. My dog, Hondo, just turned 1 year old. I hope he lives a very long life. I won’t put him on an airplane and I won’t leave him for that many months. Let’s say that puts this off until I’m 70 y/o. I have trouble getting around now due to injuries. Just keeping it real, I’m not so sure I will be able to do this when I’m 70. I hope my mother will still be living then. If she is, I can’t see leaving for that long. Of course, if life takes me along that far the planning and execution would be done with fewer obstacles to wait on or plan around. I guess I’ll call it a dream for now.
