I want to personalize this for those who speak of taking up arms if Biden wins the presidency. I am an independent who is a moderate liberal. Would you shoot me to take my life away from me if Biden wins the presidency. (This is also a good way to know who not to give my address to.)

Alan, I haven’t heard anything about this. If people are making those threats I think they should be “looked at” by law enforcement at some level. I support the 2A so we can defend ourselves, not so that we can attack the political opposition. Maybe I’m naive but I find it very hard to take the story seriously. I think the record shows that it’s the progressive side of the spectrum that is inclined to sic the government on citizens, harass and jail political opponents, censor citizens 1A rights, use tax dollars to force social change, and indoctrinate our nation’s children with social engineering in public schools. This doesn’t mean I think the Conservatives are without fault. I’m addressing the drastic question you pose. Put me down as a solid NO, I would not do that.
