I find myself struggling a bit with hanging all that on Postmodern Philosophy. That is the collective works of more than a dozen authors, over several decades, on every subject from Anthropology to Religion. So it sounds broad brush - like "white people are racist".
Perhaps that is convenient - it is such a large, diverse body of works that few could really say the know the subject. I get the point that liberal ideas are "bad"....
This guy was a Postmodern Philosopher, and had a lot to day:
Jean Baudrillard -
Baudrillard, known for his simulation theory, argued that the individual's experience and perception of reality derives its basis entirely from media-propagated ideals and images. The real and fantasy become indistinguishable, leading to the emergence of a wide-spread simulation of reality.
Does that make him "Woke"?
