Knees aching from active week-end refereeing and spectating grandkids' soccer games have paused my daily walks...tried gutting it out the past coupla days and continued to walk but when I could barely make it upstairs last night, I knew I had to do the RICE treatment for a few days...

Moving around better today. The hernia surgery really jack my insides up. Threw my back out favoring the pain. Only problem now is the horrible nerve pain. Dr said there a nerve that runs right through the area that often can get pinched by scar tissue or something like that. Either way it feels like someone is stabbing me and burning at the same time.
Anyway out for first smoke in 3 days. A beautiful 42° heading to 71° & nice and clear today.

Happy Friday dudes. Planted a couple of new cactus in the yard yesterday. In spite of gloves I feel like I have been in a fight with Zorro.
