if you eat more carbs than you'd like, increase the fiber in your diet...
it changes the amount of "net" carbs you've ingested.
make sure to read the bottom of the nutrition breakdown for those sneaky added sugars.
That said, being a human with lots of faults...snickers, then reeses cups (dark chocolate).
