I've always liked Mahomes, local boy out of Texas Tech, but the Swift/ Kelce romance makes me sick.IMO Kelce is out of his gourd messing with that C U Next Tuesday, looks pretty obvious to me she wears the pants and her self importance rises above all else.

Oh yea.......... GO PATRIOTS.Once again they shall rise from the ashes

If the Krafts step aside and let the football people do what they’re hired for, I can see the Pats being bonafide SB contenders in 3-4 years. By then Josh Allen will be totally frustrated with having to compete with Patrick and leave for an NFC team. The Mike McDaniel / Tua (…when he’s healthy…) combo will be done and the J-E-T-S!, J-E-T-S! JETS! will continue their sub-mediocrity ways. An AFC East title would be highly possible, if not probable.

Have you ever seen Taylor's dating history? Either she just likes getting plowed by the most men she can or she's a beard for hire.

I'm leaning towards the latter as she writes whiney songs about breakups and retreats to her room talking to her pets and friends and she'll be okay...[barf] [barf] [barf]

Gave up watching football when they became sniveling kneelers but I'll watch the Eagles if they're in the playoffs. Also...its blatantly obvious why Mahomes wears the number 15. If you look at him that's how many yards you get penalized. The refs are hellbent on giving the Chiefs every opportunity to win on both sides of the ball and its obvious to even casual fans.

Red Sox fan since 1975. Had a Red Sox hat on my head from about 1980, trying to hold a mullet in place into the late 90's, The mullet left, the hat stayed. Most people liked the idea of a Sox fan. Loveable losers. Close but no ceegar. Charlie Brown almost kicking that ball.... every time.

Summer of 2004, with the Sox down about 9 games in mid-June, their luck changed in the form of an absolute and total beat down I took in a Green Bay bar by two Yankees fans. Four months later, they won the series for the first time in 86 years. Best beating I've ever taken.

Kept the lid on through the 2007 series. Once they got into their third series, I dialed it back. Again when they won their fourth. I'd get the ocassional "frontrunner" comment once they won four. Decided to retire from my barfight record at 2-17-1.

Chiefs-wise, it was similar. I picked them as my team at the end of the 1987 season- becaise they sucked. 4-11-1 I think. The team had depth. Such deep talent as Bill Kinney, Herman Heard, Carlos Carson, and Emile Harry (skinnier than Debra Harry). Nobody of note on D, unless you Call Deron Cherry.

I've Embraced the Sukc for decades. Enjoying the rewards. Losers are Loveable. Winners are Envied and Hated.

I get the Chief's Fatigue. I'm shocked SHOCKED that some people see a conspiracy to have them win everything.

They've done it without a Spygate or Inflated Balls. Andy Reed is a better coach than Belicheck by a mile. The Secret Sauce is Steve Spagnuolo. If the Def Coordinator left, they'd slide right out of the playoffs.

The Taylor Swift stuff bothers me. The media pushes it for the NFL because loving and hating the Chiefs is making them all money.

Mahomes is crafty. Kelce is like Gronk only with more talent, catching ability, discipline and class. Well, class considering he's from Cleveland (shrug).

I'd like them to win this SB, and for only one reason. Three straight SBs has never happened. Not the Cowboys, Packers or the Patriots.

Have told people close to me, if they win, I'm going to quietly suspend my fanship. No Chiefs merch wiil be worn until they lose the title.

Btw, I bet on five different teams to win the title (skipping the Chiefs). If the Eagles win, my ticket at 15-1 hits.

Day after, I'll wake up eithe Happy or Content.

Hate away if you want to. Hate is the only thing that rots yourself from the inside. I know from experience.

Go Chiefs.

Eagles beat my team, so you gotta hope they win it all, right?

but Mahomes and Reid have a likability factor far beyond Brady and Belichick

I agree with DMV !!!

IT ONLY TOOK ONE QUARTER to see how the chiefs PAID OFF THE REFEREE'S...

NOW?
THEY GOTTA INVESTIGATE it, search every safe deposit box of every referee at that game...do not tell them your going to do that..also...make all of them take lie detector tests...
Then fine all of them $25 L.A.R.G.E. WITH NO TRIAL...
AND 1 YR DISMISSAL , NO PAY, NO HEALTH INSURANE...

IF THE LEAGUE DOES ALL OF THAT?

THOSE LYING CHEATING PRICKS WILL THINK TWICE WHEN THE CHIEFS BAGMAN COMES A CALLIN WITH $50-100K IN A COUPLE ZIPPED DOPPLE BAGS / STILL WITH THE T.J.MAX PRICE TAGS ATTACHED .....

Three in a row and I’m sure they’ll get the benefit of some BS call that turns the tide just like they did last time in the Super Bowl against Philly.

You mean the call Bradbury admitted he held on but was hoping to get away with it? He took the high road; it gave them a first down and a chance to milk the clock before scoring and then ice the game. You wouldn't know integrity if it finished off your mom and wiped off on the kitchen curtains on the way to get a beer. Don't hate the team. Hell, they're lucky to have me watch them. There's nothing magical about wasting 3+ hours in front of the b00b tube. I watch the game a bit more critical than most of the crowd. I don't have the volume on. Can't stand the idiots droning on about Joe Blow's favorite yogurt or brand of socks. Don't care. I have music going on and I pay rapt attention to the line of scrimmage. Somewhere around the 1st quarter I've seen enough of how the offenses are going to set as to if it's a pass or run play. Most times I can even call it left or right. Why? Because I've played the game and was recruited by several universities. Always liked the game until the teams and front office made changes to pussify the game for "safety" reasons. Football (not that bull**** they call football in Europe!) is a violent sport. The Butkus Trophy wasn't named after some limp-wrist guy in a tutu. He was a self-propelled missile that wanted to kill you, because you played for the other team and had the ball. It's ALWAYS been a violent game and that's part of the reason why few athletes get to play in the league and the NFL also stands for Not For Long!

All I want is a well played game where its all left on the field. I don't know of a single kid that's asking their mom and dad for a referee shirt instead of a jersey. The officiating has become horrendous despite what you claim not to see. The refs are interjecting themselves into the game and that's a fact. I really don't care too much for AFC teams, maybe that's because I've always been an Eagles fan...but one thing I can say is that the game should be played by the teams and not decided by the refs. If they wanted they could call a penalty on each and every play. What I'm looking for is consistency and this round of playoff games was lacking to the point that there are now investigations. NOBODY cheers for referees. EVER. That's not on me jerkwad. The fact that you don't see it tells me that you're fine because it helped your "team". So, you need help and can't do anything without the rules being bent or skewed your way and are totally fine because you got water cooler bragging rights? Tough ****. Grow a pair and understand you're going to take it on the chin sometimes. It's what you do when you get up that matters. Don't ever tell someone about reality or integrity when you choose to bury your head up your ass and love it.

Impressive.

This thread managed to start at a low bar and devolve from there.

Too bad we couldn't put a price on Negativity and export to other countries.

The Policitcs Forum and this thread would knock 10% off of the national debt.

What's next? Maybe you all want the bottom four teams each year into the playoffs exclusively and whoever finishes 4th gets the trophy?

A little NFL-DEI?

Keep that Hate and Votriol pumping. Raise your BP, Anxiety, and Cortizol. It will cacth up with you.

I'll stay off this thread from here to help you all to get to 98.2% Chief Hate.
