I've never flamed anybody on this board (that I can recall)...Adroomi said that we should read his blog if we wanted to know more about his family, and work, and what not...So I merely asked him to provide the URL..Granted, the offer was not made to me, it was in response to another poster, I assumed it to be an open invitation..That may have been a mistake on my part...As to the BBQ Cows stomach, it is really quite good! Never had floral Soju though, we drank Soju Gold, which was made with 'Korean pears' (which tasted a lot like golden delicious apples)...

The other post was more about the story-telling that seems to be done and contradicted so often.

Victor, you might want to remember to tell the whole story next time. Not just the parts you want to tell.

There was no swipe at Adroomi's manhood or anything else before that. Just the "story-telling" he does.

Not quite worthy of his #56 post but what I expect from a man with no class, no breeding and no manners.

I didn't lose any sleep over Pinocchios' statements then or now.

And, btw--the powder thing is just a suggestion. It
works, though truth be told the men use loose face powder but it does help make the receeding hairline less obvious and the head less shiny. It's better than doing the "Trump do" anyday.

I played with the "boys" as a medic and can handle myself just fine here. I just try and remember that too many never got older than 16 emotionally and maturation wise.

I believe your post 34 in that thread was trying to draw similarities between Adroomi and the John Carr(Karr?) guy. I would not call that "questioning his manhood" or his "story-telling". I'd say that was saying he reminded you of a child molester. That post was made on 8-29, so I was assuming that was where the bad blood started. I could be wrong, maybe you didn't mean it that way... but if that was the conclusion I drew, then it seems plausible that he would draw the same.

Fact is... our CBBB is just a snapshot of society. Some folks get along, some folks don't.

Some folks think others are jerks and just keep it to themselves, some folks call it out loud and proud.

My 'persona' on the board is the same as it is off the board. The people I like, I treat with respect and I joke with them. The people I don't like, I either try to ignore/avoid, or I say what's on my mind.

Personally, I have never said anything about adroomi's employment. I don't know what he does and I don't care. I know who he works for, but not in what capacity. Again, I don't care.

I give adroomi a hard time occasionally because he is the guy that has done everything you have. And he's done it better, faster, with a prettier woman, a nicer car, a bigger house... etc. I don't know about anyone else, but I've met people like that in real life. You can only listen for so long before you throw the bull**** flag.

I agree with JJ. He brings most of it on himself. I also agree with pepperhill... we choose to act the way we act. But I, for one, had been pretty civil to adroomi for quite some time, even talked with him over the phone and shared e-mails. But as I said, you can only listen to the stories for so long before it's an insult to your intelligence.

I have no doubt he travels Asia. I have no doubt he has 'career women' friends. I also have no doubt that he embellishes the living **** out of most stories he tells and that he has caroused with 'working women' (not that there's anything wrong with that).

I prefer to associate with REAL people. I am who I am here and in real life. And you can ask any number of the SoCal folks I associate with regularly.

But MACS....how do we know you are real? You seem to speak as if you are the only one that lives a real life on this forum, and that those you cannot understand, are faking it.

You say you KNOW that I "beef up" my little stories. Really how? Have you ever met me? Have you ever spent a single day in my life? Have you ever pulled a 3 night run with me with no sleep?

I hopped a plane and flew to Thailand just to have a cup of coffee for two hours with a member of this board. I ended up shagging the girl at the information booth that helped me to find his plane when it arrived. I'm flying down there again on the 13th to do it again. That's just me, that's who I am.

If you cannot deal with an arrogant, eccentric, often wildly obsessive and rude prick, then just ignore me. I may irritate you with my arrogance, but email or call me and tell me you would love to see me face to face for a few laughs, and I'm the type that will be there in less than 24 hours. Tell me you need help, and I'm there on the next plane.

After a leisurely day of fishing and catching a limit of lake perch, we had T-Bone for supper. Probably will go fishing again today.

JonR is right. He caught you. There are no Ferris Wheels in England because they were completely outlawed after the famed "Ferris Wheel Disturbance" in 1952. Eye suspect this picture is actually from Topeka, Kansas. Another delicate investigation is complete!

I think some folks are being a bit hard on PufferBabe. Everyone was a newbie on these boards at some time and had to try to fit in and gain acceptance. Joining the "Hate Adroomi" crowd is one of the quickest ways into one of the established clicks.

Adroomi, if you have put on a few pounds, maybe it is because you've been eating too many lemonheads!

i love a good lemonhead. thom spoke very highly of adroomi when he was here, and i would guess thom may also say nice things about me too (he called me a good wingman). bbqed cow stomach is not very good...different bbq sauce in japan--not sure about china, but you cook it, dip it in the sauce and chew....not slow roasted (DP--#129).

HOWEVER, i must refute adroomi's claim to come on out...i been here for 7 years...Kobe is not getting farther away. ok...let us make it November in Kobe!

oh, and that ferris wheel is in Osaka...it was the largest in the world (to replace the previous largest at Fair Park in Dallas, my home, texas)...since then, some weird looking thing popped up in london. EYE forget what it is called, but it is the largest, but in NO WAY resembles the other photo he posted!
