I use the gym on base and recently renewed my membership to the gym by the house (family plan).

I very rarely lift anymore, and if i do it is always light. Mostly cardio. I need it.

Dapperdan, having entered three powerlifting meets (no squat-suits or bench-shirts allowed) I suppose that would be fun. I'm up for a good challenge....seriously. However, I live way up north.....so a spontaneous flight to Florida to lift weights with two guys is out of the question lol. However I appreciate your invite and I do appreciate your bravado. I'm not talking trash, just saying that outlifting you two would probably not be a problem. Maybe one day, it actually would be fun 🙂 I say we do squat, deadlift and bench. The three core lifts.
