Thought it would be interesting to hear about any of the "lesser known" cigars you smoked recently that turned out to be really good.

I'm not sure which I like better -- Dark Sharks, or Diesels.

Yeah, but if we broadcast the ones we really like, it'll start bidding wars and the prices will go up. Okay, okay, here's one: 5 Vegas. Those Soleares don't make me puke, either, and for 50 cents, when you just gotta smoke something but don't have any reason to burn a premium smoke, they're fine. Flor de Something, but I'm afraid if I go over to my 'dor and check on the name, I'll end up smoking something...

ROFLMAO at Robby's reply.

Sleepers, let me see. I would think ERH are a choice since many here seem not to mention them. They're always part of my regular rotation.
Imperio Cubana's, and Nestor Vintage Maduro's just to mention two more.

Ditto emgjet; also Joya de Nic Antano has a lot of complexity and full bodiedness for such a good price.

Havana Royale, good mild stick at a great Cbid price.

Cuban Knockoffs--unappealing name, but these are really good. Full-bodied, peppery flavor.

On the mild side, I ditto the above comments on the Havana Royale--a really well made cigar that is actually better than many of the more famous mild brands.

A few more:

La Hoja
Either of the Don Kiki lines
Warhol (give it lots of humidor time first)

Don Kiki 2000 is very cheap and pretty tasty, extremely well made. I also think the Don Lino's are a bargin at Cigarbid prices.

A few sleepers that i haven't seen on CB.

Flamenco
Belinda
Bock Y Ca

All very good smokes, not the best, but very good

Cupido Criollo. Outstanding smokes. But by the looks of some of the bidding, they seem to be catching on.

Diesels, and Tres Hermanos...both tasty maddies that will not break the bank.

5 Vegas a sleeper? Dunno 'bout that. They seem to be going for almost CI regular price on CBid and if you looked at the latest CI catalogue they look to be threatening to raise the price...the *&^$$%. They have become a hot seller in a competitors line as well.

A good mild sleeper... W&D. Im not worried about the bids going up. I have at least 200 of those tasty little sticks.
