The Vette will never be ahead of the bike. No fear of running into the rear of it.

As for hitting a dog at 130, the bike would blow right through it. No problem.

I have a boring car for addressing all of your concerns stated earlier (smoking, wedding, etc.). If I want performance, I get on the bike. By far, the most horsepower/weight per dollar available. When was the last time you saw a new $11,000 car go 200mph???
