My 2 cents:

Chobia's are not consistent. They are a shot in the dark. Yes, If You R Lucky Enough To Get One That is Consistent - Then you have a great cigar. Based upon my experience this is a "High Priced" risk which I am not willing to take. There are Far Too Many consistent Havnas out there.

I'd be concerned ... the red and yellow (white background with gold border top and bottom) Habanos sticker is missing, and ALL Cuban cigars should have it.

I believe the red dot is on the back side of the band

... the Red Dot Cohibas are made by General Cigar, and are from the Dominican Republic. The 'dot' is in the center of the 'O' ...

Agree with B, not worth the risk!

These are the Dominican Yellow band, they may be worth 1-3 each, but I wouldn't buy them for that...
