This is the inside of my gun safe. Its been taken over by my wife...hehe! It has 5 long guns, and 7 handguns in it. the rest of the stuff is jewelry and other valuble items, my wife put in there.

The door has 14 bolts that lock into place. You can see 5 of them. 5 more come out of the front edge of the door and two on the top and two on the bottom.

Its a lifetime quality safe. It weighs about 700lbs empty! The door is almost 4in thick.... :>)

I keep my Gun (s) under lock and Key every night... I lock the front door and the Key's in my Pocket of my Pants... I'm glad all my kids are teens and 20's now... we only have one more to go through Gun Safty course's and that's coming up this fall... she missed it last year because her Dad fell through on getting her to the class we Scheduled!!! not this time... then I got me a New Rabbit Dog LMAO!!!

I dont dare try to move it myself. When I got new carpet last year I paid to have it moved around by a company that delivers safes.

They used wooden dowels and planks to roll the safe around. They make it look easy, but its not for the average guy. It takes two guys for them to do it.

If you try to drag it, you surely will damage the carpet.... :>)
