BTW --- he went by the username 'asa1', if I remember correctly, and he hasn't posted here (in at least) a couple of years (or more)!

I do remember that he lives (lived) in salt Lake City, Utah ... and he was a cigar smoking drinker ...

... so most likely, he was either lynched, or run out of the state ... by the Mormons ... 😉
