First of all, just what is the Swiss Army? I thought Switzerland was Neutral, and that there "army" consisted of glorified security guards. Anyway, I won one of these Swiss Army knife/cigar cutter. The thing works as well or better than any cutter I own (no, I don't own a xicar). If you carry a pocket knife, I HIGHLY recommend that you add this device to your shopping list.

Xicar is the very best I have ever used; however, I have not used this version of Swiss Army tool or knife.
