Is there any day which occurs with regular periodicity other than your birthday which simply rules?

It was mine today, actually officially yesterday. I’ve been thru some tough times lately, but my birthday RULED!

Groucho got me a nice pair of golf shoes (soft spikes). We went to a driving range after a half day in the office and met up with another fellow and shot a couple of buckets. I hit them long and straight (mostly).

Went out to a local club (took a cab) and had a GREAT time! The women all hugged me when they heard it was my birthday. I danced, partied, and in general had a GREAT time!!! I had the opportunity to leave with several ladies to go to another club but declined since things are not over for me just yet. It was tempting, but I said “no thank you”. But, all in all, it was one of the best days I’ve had in a loooong time. Enjoyed a full sail and a sun grown Hemingway. Sang, danced, and in general had a good time.

Every day should be your birthday.

The funky unkie! No way!! We share the 19th!? How cool is that! I always wished I could have been born in the fall. It's my favorite season... Just 3 days away from my birthday. Well, we're there now, and the fall is without a doubt, the absolute BEST time of the year (except this year...) Happy birthday unkie.

It does not get any better than this. Football season is starting (though I know my Raiders are going to suck this year), Baseball playoffs are coming up, my son and daughter are playing baseball and soccer respectively and.... the weather couldn't be better to tee it up every weekend or so.
