Every cigar related forum has a rotating cast of characters. People come...people go, and for many reasons.

Often people will come to a bulletin board and stay until their opinions are challenged. Once they feel that they have to substantiate their statements, and are unable to do so, they annouce a perceived insult and leave. It happens on every BBS.

Others get tired of the religious and political posturing. At first they engage in a give-and-take, but then realize that others aren't open to any views but their own...so they leave.

Some people just get tired of the boards and occupy their free time elsewhere.

And others come and go and come and go and come and go. They say good-bye and return. They wave bye-bye and return. They threaten to leave and don't. It happens on every BBS, Cbid forum isn't unique.
