I thought I'd share an email I got from RICKAMAVEN tonight, in all caps of course. It was good to hear from the horses (insert dig here) mouth.

OH BE THE WAY, SPELL SHCEK DIED WITH ME GOVE ME A WEEK TO COME DOWN FROM THE MEDS AND I MIGHT BECAOIME SANE AGAIN. AS I WAS SAYING TO NANCY"

Sounds like he's in pretty good spirits.

In a note to me, Rick said that he was so drugged, he still thinks he's flying a blue and pink propeler airplane ... I told him to just sit back and enjoy the ride, knowing everyone here is keeping him in their thoughts and prayers ...

I also promised that a dozen or so of us would smoke an extra cigar each day on his behalf so that no damage was done to the cigar sector of the economy during his recovery ... who'll volunteer for that duty on which day between now and the time he's back to being his same old self ??
