A healthy Stephen Davis adds more power to their gritty offense, and their defense is playing outstanding ball. The front 7 are very strong, and the secondary has come alive as of late.

Yes, the Panthers are very dangerous, much like the Patriots of two years ago.

Certainly the Patriots will win, since they won't make the same mistake as St Louis in SB XXXVI by overlooking the opponent. But depending how the Carolina front office schemes in the offseason, the Panthers could be a force for many more years.
