I already know who the "Cigsmoke" on KC's is, but I have no idea who the one on this site (from PA and owns a trailerpark where a lot of kids apparently smoke a lot of pot and theres nothing that Cig can do about it because the kids hire lawyers and it costs him about $100 bucks and he apparently has some hatred toward a certain hummingbird-loving Californian named Rick and he is also unemployed but spends $5200 bucks a year on cigars)...Is that the Cigsmoke you're talking about?...Don't know him...sorry
