I'm a low profile kind of poster and judging from recent posts it's safe to come out for a while. I just received a sampler pack of 8 of the new Montecricto V. I haven't heard much about them except a comment in passing by Charlie. Anyone else have an opinion?(about the Monte).Barry

I got one of those samplers,i am taking it on the cruise next week together with some R&J churchill tubos,and cigar lovers diary figurados and some ashtons double coronas.let me know how they are.eom

Guys, I had received a couple of them from Altadis USA because I had sent them an email blasting their Player line of cigars that Big **** was/is promoting! They sent me several different cigars and a couple of Montecristo Serie V explaining that it would be available in August. I thought they were really a nice cigar and on the Medium strength side with a very nice draw, and seemed to have a nutty flavor as I remember! While it has been several months since I smoked them they were good cigars! Charlie

I smoked one last night and it was excellent. Full of rich tobacco flavor with a slight nutty/spicey taste. Almost no aftertaste and burned wonderfully. 3 more sizes to try out of the sampler. Highly recomended. Barry

Nice Cameroon cigar, finishes like dogsh!t though 🙂 Worth the aftertaste.
