He will bat .276, with 27 home runs, and 74 RBI's. He can now get away with being injured a few days here and there.......The Yankees will lose to the Mariners in the AL Championship Series, and Pay-Rod will once again get booed out of OUR house! GO Mariners!

Texans don't care anymore - at least most of us gave up on the Rangers a while ago - not because of a few losing seasons...not even because of a few losing decades - but because no one does anything about it. Hicks continues to make dumb move after dumb move and they don't give a rip about the fans. Paying the last team that you would want to have him to take him is just more of the same. But baseball sucks anyway - Go Stars!!! (Please,mr. hicks, don't screw them up too....)

Yaup...no baseball teams in Texas...at least none that i would root for...

Go Dodgers...and to think we could have had Nomar if A-Rod had gone to the Sox...

Dissagree, I doubt very much the mariners will get close to the finals, just ain't gonna happen. It will be between Angels, Astros, REDSOX!!!, and perhaps the cubs!!
A-Rod is the man!!! but he's on the worst team!!!

Even though I am a Mariners fan, they don't have enough pitching and their bats went silent after the all star break.

Totally disagree with your prediction of A-Rod. By staying in the AL there is no reason to not think that he will perform as usual. In reality, he will probably see more pitches if they put the likes of Giambi, Williams or Sheffield behind him. Don't get me wrong, I don't think the Yankees have enough pitching either. The Sox have to be the early favorite.
