Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a rolling machine to roll my own cigarettes. I know i know...cigarettes are bad for you..hehe
As it turns out, a lot of guys from the U of I club roll their own cigarettes after we smoke at our smoke nights, so i thought i'd give it a shot. I picked up some tobacco and paper, but hand rolling them is just a pain. If anyone has an extra laying around let me know (i dont care if it's old). I'll trade ya some cigars for it 🙂

It only takes a little practice to learn to roll your own, and it doesn't matter what your rolling, heheheee!

You can always practice, and if you get a bad roll, then un-roll it and go again. Yes you will waste papers, but then you don't need to carry a roller in your pocket.

I thought all you college boys knew how to roll your own. All it takes is practice.

Start out with a dollar bill and use a table top or so I heard.

i picked up a little $2 roller at my tobacconists, and it works great. i can drop in a filter and everything. takes about 2 minutes to roll a cigarette with it.

the other kind you can use (and they're faster i've heard) is one where you put tobacco in it and insert an empty filtered cigar tube (about $4 for a carton of these), push a handle, and the machine injects the tobacco into the tube. these are more expensive but can still be found for under $10. they produce a much cleaner, sharper 'rette.

if you need help with tobacco selection, let me know. i'm partial to danish shag; it's a very light blend and very flavorful. i'd steer clear of canned stuff like Tops and Bugler; it just tastes stale to me.

Now if I only knew where I put that tin of Laredo tobacco and rolling machine...
