As far as I can tell, after the initial 15 minutes has elapsed after a bid, there is no way for me to add a second (or more) item from the same lot, true? In other words, if I decide the next day that I want to bid on an additional box in a lot I've already bid on, I'm out of luck. Is this true, and if so, how about CI considers changing it?

You should some how, some way be able to up your quantity.

You would have to outbid yourself to do it. OR!!! You can sign up using a different name and bid alongside yourself. And you don't have to have split personalities to do this, but it helps. No it doesn't. Yes it does. no it doesn't.....

Doesn't work, or at least it doesn't work as long as I'm "winning" the bid. I mean, I *could* create a new identity probably but it wouldn't really resolve the problem, because I'd end up paying for shipping twice.

I've sent them a suggestion to this effect; I can't really see how they could lose on it.

"Knowing what you're doing" doesn't always mean "knowing how the bidding will go". What other auction have you ever participated in where you couldn't raise your own bid?
