It has been brought to my attention that the U.S. Postal Service has issued a new "Hillary Clinton Stamp." Apparently, there have been problems with the stamp not sticking to envelopes. Hillary was extremely upset and ordered a congressional investigation to the tune of several hundred thousand dollars.
The findings follow:
People were spitting on the wrong side.
