anybody tried to smoke a cigar or parts of it in a pipe?? Does it taste any different? Supposedly the taste mostly comes from the binder not the filler. I have some damaged cigars and thought I might would try this. cj

I have a pipe that was purchased just for cigars. I use this to smoke what is left of my premium cigars after my fingers get burnt. They are not as good through a pipe since you don't taste the wrapper, but I still enjoy them and they last longer with a pipe. DO NOT use a pipe that has been used for pipe tobacco, that is all you will taste.

I used a piece of PVC pipe and the fumes made me a bit giggly.
