Kerry’s Record on Gun Rights

The Brady Campaign’s current congressional scorecard awards Kerry a 100 percent rating for votes that the group considers important to the cause of gun control. Among the Senate Democrats who scored lower than Kerry are five former presidential candidates -- Tom Harkin, Joseph Lieberman, Joseph Biden, Bob Graham and Ernest Hollings. Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle also scores lower than Kerry as does Kerry’s own vice presidential running mate, John Edwards.

This very fact alone is why I will not vote for Kerry. There are more, but if this was the only reason I still wouldn't vote for him.
