I think Rick was making a reference to Rene Descarte, who was last seen having a cigar and a cup of coffee in a Paris cafe. The waitress asked if he'd like another cup. He replied "I think not," and disappeared.

Hmm... Rick - you've got me thinking now ... what if ... Olivia Newton-John married Wayne Newton, then divorced him to marry Elton John, wouldn't she then be Olivia Newton-John Newton John?
