I have been wanting to get one of the Csonka Air Purifiers for awhile now, but have a hard time justifying the cost. Does anybody know if the cheap ones that CB has out there for under $20 work, or had any experience with them?

I had one made by "Roadmaster" that I purchased for $22 at a truck stop in New Jersey - worked fine - it wasn't like the ones on here though - I also have bid several times on a CSONKA but have been outbid on what I was willing to pay for one. My "Roadmaster" unit lasted about 2 years - until the wife kicked it with her foot and it fell out and landed on the cement - haven't been able to find another one.

i like your first post better. redundancy is overrated except in a space vehicle.

I won on bid last week and started using it this past Monday, I just couldn't take the stench of my car smeeling like a poker game from 2 years ago. Whatever is in this thing works great, now my car smell like a poker game still in progress,by the way are you in or out?
