And fox reports that AP says kerry to call Bush and will concide

As I just stated previously... Bush is going to win anyway. I believe Kerry is now conceding that point for a reason. Had he waited for "all" the votes to be counted he would have lost anyway... by conceding now he can complain later that "all" the votes weren't counted.

I'd rather he waited so he would have nothing to complain about later.
