As Rick was wheeled down the corridors of The Home by an overweight and surly male nurse, he was screaming something unintelliglible about a piece of thread or some kind of post. No one could understand what he was trying to communicate. Then the metal door clanged shut behind him and the echoes faded in the silent hallway.

I bet that's the last time Rick leaves the plunger there...
