I've had a few requests from troops that I'm sending to on behalf of OpFTH. I try to purchase these for the guys myself, to the extent I can afford to, but if anybody else would like to contribute that would be great! PM me for my address to send stuff, and I'll get it right out to the troops. And of course, cigars are always appreciated by our Troops!
Hand cleaner wipes, individually wrapped - Target brand in the purple package is a favorite, but anything that doesn't smell like baby magic or baby perfume would be appreciated. Please no baby wipes that smell like babies - these wipes get used by guys to clean up before meals where there's no access to water, and the food is bad enough without having one's hands small like a clean diaper.
Tactical socks with silver or other anti-microbial treatment - Black or OD Green, features like silver thread that kills germs and fungus, over-the-calf style. Covert Threads Rock Infiltrator Socks have been requested by name, but there may be other brands with similar features.
Individual powdered drink mix flavor packets - Many of these guys get only water, and water that tastes like the inside of a water truck at that, so individual drink mix packets like gatorade, etc, are appreciated. They can't mix pitchers of drinks, so large packets or mixes where they'd need to add sugar separately will not work, but the individual packets designed to be put in a bottled water are perfect.
