It's an Oliva, what more do you need to know. I've smoked a few, and have one left although it's damaged. They are good enough that if I came across a box in a B&M I may be inclined to buy them all.

The farming Olivas mainly grow and supply a HUGE amount of tobacco for many, many cigar manufacturers. The Angel 100 is the only cigar they have ever put out. It is to celebrate 100 years in the bidness or someones 100th B-Day, or something like that.

The cigar making Olivas are the ones most people are more familiar with. They are the ones that make the Serie O, Serie G, Serie V, etc. They have nothing to do with the Angel 100.

The cigars were made to celebrate Angel Oliva's (the founder of the company) 100th birthday. It's the only cigar that the Oliva tobacco family has ever released.

FWIW, to cut confusion, Jon Drew and a lot of the other manufacturers who buy leaf from them (which is just about everyone actually) pronounce the name as "O-liva" in spoken conversation and the Oliva cigar makers as "Olive-a".

I do not believe that there is any relationship between the families.

They were a nice smoke.

I can't remember too much about them other than I enjoyed smoking them.
