After 3 weeks of seasoning, the humidor was ready to be filled. I believe all the air gaps have been sealed. The Rh has been holding between 65% and 70%. Let's hope it holds!

All I really spent was money on the humidor ($50), waterproof foam insulation tape ($6) and 70% beads ($16). I fortunately had everything else.

Nice! I noticed you using the Taylor Hygrometers. Are they accurate? I am converting a garage sale gun cabinet into a humidor and I am looking for some budget conscience alternatives to the $25-$30 hygrometers on most cigar web sites. Did you use any extra weatherstripping to seal it?

Love it. Those lights look hot as hell though.
