Tower not here yet and it will definitely not be empty when it does arrive(well, except to season of course). Hoping the beads arrive soon, have not seen them yet.

A little late, but here's two of mine from a couple years ago, with instructions.

cacman & gimbel,

I realize that larger would have been a better plan, but we moved recently and I'm down on storage space.
Also, my wife is showing a little more interest in my cigar hobby of late and not from the standpoint of participation. Reasoned that a 48qt in the bottom of the closet would be easier to explain than one of the big boys. One can store several empty boxes in a 48qt.

Some may call me chicken, but I think of it as covert ops.

You should see how many will fit in a 120qt (5 cubic feet). $58 at wally world.

They're coming, I promise.

As to the circulation bit: I do have a couple of the Oust fans, but do not use them. Since I'm digging around in my cooler several times a week I haven't bothered to put them in. Besides, it leaves more room for cigars.

You know it. Had to put a hitch with a rack on the Mustang just to get them all down here to GA.

Just four months later and I'm adding my second 48qt. Should have listened to the BOTL in the first place. Have found that I can get 14-16 boxes , depending on shape in a 48qt and will be able to stack on #1 in the closet (more storage for empty boxes).

Presently de-activating two 125 count desk-tops and will only utilize a 50 count for easy access to the golf and yard gars and everything else will be maintained in the two 48's.

Listen up other NOBS - go with a decent size cooler, less money and headaches.

Thanks for the replies, but............

Now I have a couple of more question:

First, when using the old cigar boxes for storage in the cooler would that be with box lids on or removed?

Would it be worth lining the bottom of the cooler with cedar planks that are used in grilling?

Lid on or off? 🤔

That’s a new (…but old…) one! 🤣

I sure hope he didn't use cedar grilling planks.
