Just received my Club Chairside Humidor courtesy of DHL shipping. Looked fine until opening, and found the door completely ripped off both hinges. Anyone know what kind of hassle this is going to be for me to send back?

Contact Customer Service, they'll give you the details. By most accounts, they are good.

To mikenix: I live in Carlsbad, N.M., which is in the Southern end close to Mexico, where we go for beer and cigars. (You can smoke anywhere down there) Give me a hollar.

I have a huge amount of family in Artesia, NM that are in the oil buisness, so I'm very familar with Carlsbad. I spent the first 21 years of my life in Albuquerque.
