Nice! I got my own project going too. Converting a gun cabinet. Sanded and re-stained the outside. Applied a couple of poly coats and now to lining with cedar. Guess I need to post some pics. Did you glue or nail the cedar?

NJ Navy Chief- I glued most of the cedar and on the back panel used a Kreg Jig to join them together. Bill - approx 50-60. I tried a couple of different box sizes and thats what I calculated. Going to use some low VOC caulk for all the nooks and crannies and to seal the glass and then a coat of poly. Looking for opinions on if I should put some lighting in it? Not really using it as furniture in my living room- I will keep it in a spare room with my other humidors. -Paul

I am putting electricity in mine, but mostly for my Oasis. I configured a 6 outlet power strip (low profile) to rest on the bottom with the power cable going out a small/sealed hole in the bottom. I figure the extra outlets would give me flexibility for lights later if desired.

If your just using for storage I would't bother with the lights. But hey they are nice when looking for something. Just remember if you do, use LED.
50-60, very nice ! I need more storage..shrug.

I am putting in a dual outlet so I can always add some LED pucks or rope lights. I can make some room for you Bill but cannot guarantee a couple might go MIA!!

Guess the level laying on the wall was a clue.

Looks a little on the small side, you probably will not have room for the dog rockets I offered to take off of your hands yesterday in another tread.

Seriously, it looks great. If I tried something of that nature it would be total cluster ****.
