ive benn ordering from this site for the last year, spent $800 in the last 7 months and i have been noticing that delivery times are taking longer and longer. This last order i placed $150 + 15 shipping was shipped on friday and now wont be delivered untill this friday. I wrote them about this and the response was they dont upgrade shipping. I didnt ask for upgraded shippind its states in delivery charges 3 day shipping, my cigars have been arriving damaged due to the long shipping times. That was the last order that there getting from me.

Don't do that. The damage is an issue for sure.

The damage is an issue... talk to customer service... they'll help you out with the damaged sticks and there are plenty of shipping options they can offer to make you happy...

Plus, who are you kidding? You buy here cuz no one can beat the prices they offer for the sticks you're getting... So just call customer service and get the issues worked out...

I volunteer to test smoke some of the damaged ones. I'll let you know if they were any good.

OpelManta1900 is right, give them a chance. I've never had them be rude or even dismissive to me. They always correct issues. Save the damaged ones to return to take pics or something. Choose a different shipping option.

Whatever you do, don't ask them how many websites they run. 🐴
