I wouldn't put that 'mildly.' I am happy we were able to resolve the issue, and glad to hear you're satisfied with your second package.

I just locked the second deadbolt and engaged the chain. Nobody's home.

How hard is it to put the correct number of samplers in a cardboard shipping box ? I know he ordered more samplers than the idjit has fingers on one hand but you think it wouldn't be that hard of a task.🐴

Or a civil discussion on the use of Kitty Litter beads for humidity control. Those ones are always great.

Give the picker a break. The guy is probably pulling hundreds of orders a day, singles, 5vers, samplers, boxes. If it says 6 singles, he pulls a 5ver if available and a single, or 6 singles if no 5ver is available. Two 10 packs could also be sent as a box, depending. He sees an order for 6 of such and such, sees that the box contains 6, and throws in one as he's already looking at the next order. An understandable mistake.

Personally, I blame Sven for not personally checking each pulled order before it's packed.

I would have been upset about the packaging of the single more so than the missing product.

Yeah that is never good receiving damaged goods, but when the invoice says they (the samplers) are in the box and they are not, somebody was delinquent in their duties. no excuse IMO.
