If you wood working again I would be interested in buying something, your work is great.

That's one nice looking cigar tray. Great idea!

Think I might need to pull some of my black walnut from the firewood pile and mill it for something like this.

I will keep that in mind my friend, I'll probably generate a few different ones and posting when done. There are a few here that wanted something particular and I've NOT forgotten about them, just been working out of town for the last two years and virtually all my tools are down on the job.....

Dan, you'd be better off buying yourself some Walnut that's been kiln dried and moisture content is correct. But it might be worth a try if you don't mind a little warping / twisting.

He's good with warped and twisted. It'll match his personality.

Reckless is making me an ashtray table. Guess he bought some tools, and is going to carve an ashtray center outta a slab of waterfall bubinga. Modeled after the sons of anarchy meeting table. Centerpiece will be the smoking smiley in relief. Gonna be awesome.

hehe, Thanks Paul. I don't have anything in particular in mind, just like the looks of pretty much all of the trays you have posted here.

Well thanks again, unfortunately I did a rather poor job of photographing many that went out! ( no pics @ all )
