Sealed and filled. Well as filled as a 5 cubic foot cooler can fill 12.5 cubic feet. Now I need to get my hands on a bunch of cedar trays so I can get out of bags.

I've smoked out of three boxes now. Each one was a little different in terms of strength, but all had great flavors. You really should crack that box open and smoke a couple, lord knows they've slept long enough.
