Anyone know if the # printed on the band is a way to tell when the cigar was made? The website didn't tell me much other than they started putting them each cigar as a way to stop knockoffs.

I once spoke to Jose Padron on the phone and they are able to track that number and the one on the box as to where they were shipped and when. No sure and didn't ask about production dates. I thought I got ripped off and he helped me check into the vendor and made sure they were legit..

I was doing some trading and was asked about some that I had and I couldn't find the QC number in the box. I did a lot of googling and I couldn't find the answer. Someone hear may know, but I spent over an hour online and couldn't find the answer.

Overpriced for sure. That's why I was looking for a better source but I would trust them to be real from there. As many as they can sell and the profit margin that they have, they would be stupid to be caught selling fakes.
