A simple evening celebrating our 23rd Anniversary sitting on the back patio. Enjoyed grilled salmon and talapia served on a bed of 4 grain wild rice with sauteéd portabella mushrooms and fresh spinach. The misses paired it with a bottle of Francis Coppola Sauvignon Blanc, and I followed-up dinner with a 6'er of Left Hand Brewing’s Milk Stout and a Kristoff Ligero Maduro. Spending the night in Glenwood Springs on Friday, but back for DBIII's big wedding party on Saturday!!!
