All I can say is wow!!! First of all I thought Nehi soda was something mad up for M*A*S*H when Radar ordered grape Nehi's.
Then he sends 3 Cheerwines which are all mine since I LOVE cherry soda. Then he add's 2 Dr Peppers which my kids drink like it's going out of style. Then the BBQ sauce which looks and smells AMAZING. I don't know what I'm going to put it on yet but I can't wait. Then as if that isn't enough he includes a 2007 P John Adams $1 DBL EDG.LET. - Inverted MS 64 Mint Error coin already graded and in a protective case. Which I think is really cool. Heh I want to open that case so bad and play with the coin but I won't. He also threw in some Cherry Gum Balls and some mint gum which again made my son super happy since he chews a lot of gum. As if all THAT isn't enough he includes some really fine smokes. As you can hopefully see in the pic. Funny part is i was just at a Perdomo event and he includes 2 Champagne Noirs which I cannot wait to smoke as well as a fine mix of other smokes. Were any of those Cubans Mark? One or two looked as though they could be but I'm not sure. I really appreciate this box especially knowing how bad your health has been lately and how even a small task like packing a box can really take it out of you. Thank you so much from me and my family. Not only was it kind and generous it was a very thoughtful package. If you hadn't made me promise to keep your address to myself I would be on a PM sending spree getting you bombed left and right. As a matter of fact people. Anyone who would like to help me out and send Numismaniac a few things (doesn't have to be cigars as he only likes short stories) but if you'd like to send him a bottle of something or maybe even a packet of seeds for his garden next year send them to me and I will forward them on. HAH I'm keeping your mailing addy to myself but I can still get people to bomb you just through me;-p You are a true BOTL Mark and more than that, you are a good person and I'm glad to have gotten to know you.

That could cause more trouble!

The "nekkid sticks" are 2- 4 kicks a salleccion #2 and a torp I think, sorry I was in a hurry, normally I put a handwritten letter in to explain, some msgs. covered most of it, i hope.

No Cubans. Don't own any. No that's not a mooch and I prefer to keep things small. Why I've been anonymous bombing, can't keep up with you guys. This is stuff I had and would rather share.
Won't do the noob trade 'cause of my sense of honor!

My wife can't afford it, LOL, and you can tell I ain't working by the grass in the garden pics, hehe. And all the time I spend here to snicker and ignore the pain.

Hearing about the young'ns, etc and all the excitement it has stirred has been payment enough!

This is a trade, remember, our word on that box opener is how this started.

I had never heard of Cheerwine but I can tell you now that all three bottle are empty to the last drop. I forgot how good soda used to be when they used real sugar instead of all these artificial sweeteners they use now. Gonna have to use google and find me a place that ships that stuff along with the Dr Peppers made with real sugar that my kids loved. That peach Nehi is amazing too. I took a swallow of soda and it tasted EXACTLY like I had just bitten into a fresh peach.

I thought Numi was in the coin trade... from the looks of the bomb I'd swear he was a dentist trying to drum up some more business....

Very nice hit...

hehe, I'm quite the chameleon, been many things, 1st wife was a dental asst. lol. Probably should hit up a dentist office to put in a vending machine with gum, LOL.

Actually the green mint chicles are an old fashioned available bulk only, (I have vending machines to give money to the NCCS, another story) The gum is a chlorophyll mint gum with xylitol (and it's Kosher)

Double Cola Outrage, i know. My friend, Sammy , can you get it over there?

We never had a distributor around my home area or here. Would sometimes see them if I came to Nashville. We had RC's, Dr. Peppers,Mounain Dew, Coke and Pepsi's, made w/ cane sugar. Nehi Grape and Orange, Chocolate Soldier's.

Now we had a K&N Root Beer, next town over, Aww man! That frosty mug, a carhop, saweet! That's about it.

Was a treat when my cousins would come down from "Shekaaago" with "Pop", hehe. Swiss Creme Soda from Canfield's. Almost too sweet! Love me some Birch Beer, too

Actually I pick it up at the Cracker Barrel restuarants around here. Another good place to look for out of the ordinary sodas is World Market. Before Cracker Barrel and World Market started carrying Double Cola in bottles made with cane sugar, I used to made an occassional trip down to Soddy Daisy, north of Chattanooga to pick up the canned version they sell down there.

Haven't thought to look there, we have Casey Jones Home/Museum/Restaurant/Tourist Trap at Exit 80 on I-40. Actually pretty cool setup.Lots of RR history. They moved Casey's House (yes he was real) from downtown to the site by the Interstate, have a steam locomotive, have saved and moved a few historical homes, have an Amphitheater outdoor setup for concerts, etc.

This place ( the Restaurant) when it was downtown, is what The Cracker Barrel restaurants are modeled after, the owner was generous, not sure if there was a payoff , lawsuit or settlement. But that is fact. Story goes , Mr Evins, CB founder, visited this place and got the idea. I know of this as I was an hour away growing up and this was a highlight if we came to "town" for Christmas or an Orthodontist visit for my one of my older Sisters.

http://www.caseyjones.com/oldcountrystore/history.htm

They have a great buffet, also called The Old Country Store, but they have an old fashioned ice cream/soda shop at the back of the entrance, and it's twice larger. Large farm implements hanging from the rafters, etc. Pretty good buffet, many tour buses stop there. Have a good friend once had his Native American Store in the strip mall there.

Regular meetings of local banjo, dulcimer, guitar, etc. players meet up there and play. Great place for a family 1/2 day kid friendly/historical place.

Just gave me more ideas for Raok's/Trades. They once kept all sorts of odd local canned stuff, etc. Even old sodas.

I L O V E that Xikar Ash Can. Does exactly what they say it does. Lets you smoke a full sized cigar in the car and gives you a place to rest the cigar and drop the ash. I love it! Thanks again Mark the entire family enjoyed that hit.
