obscenity_appeal_3

Rick you really need to use that tinyurl.com website!!!

You know why the Mouse Rides a Harley??

Hog

i'll bite.

no, why does a mouse ride a harley?

Because his **** isn't big enough (as Like his Elephant Pal) to pick up chicks....

Hog

so, what's obscene. this is a dangerous precedent the AG is trying to set. obscenity, like so many other things, is subjective. i think it's sick to depict a rape or murder just for the sake of making it look like a real rape or murder. you have to be sick to want to watch it, and you have to be sick to want to make it. that's my opinion. should it be illegal? if i say yes, i have to accept another's opinion that it is sick to want to see a naked woman's body that is not my wife and agree that such an event should also be illegal. as i've said in many conversations before, where do you draw the line? this is a very touchy issue.

Hmmmmmm, let me guess....since he was appointed by GWB I will bet Rick hates him!

LOL

not really that touchy.

i don't watch bad tv and i wouldn't watch bad porn. but i can if i want to and those that don't want to can change channels.

each of us have free will and can chose to read and look at whatever we want.

i don't know what web site it is, but they chose to show graphic deaths and murders, etc, i saw it once and don't go back.

this AG showed the administration a way to bypass the geneva.

we have become "them."

Charlie

why was he considered for the position? possibly because he helped GWB to avoid jury duty, to prevent his history of a DUI from being exposed.

i'll bet you didn't know that and i'll daily double you don't believe it.

and i'll trifecta you won't research it.
