Anyone tried these? It's a competitor exclusive and they're on special. was just curious if anyone had tried them

The entire production of Tatuaje HCS is passionately overseen by Jose “Pepin” Garcia in Estelí, Nicaragua and could very well be Pete’s finest cigar to date. Beautifully oily, butterscotch-hued Habano wrappers drape a delectable blend of aged Nicaraguan tobaccos, making these cigars an uber-delicious must-try. A rich, earthy flavor-core gives way to sweet notes of cedar, leather and pepper as you revel in the full-bodied smoke. Our pal Pete may be kicking himself for making this magnificent masterpiece only for ***** but we aren’t complaining... For the next 24-hours, grab a 5-pack of these incredible, limited-production, small-batch beauties at 33% off the MSRP and we’ll ship your entire order for FREE!

MSRP: $44.75

1-Day Price: $29.95

They don't have the traditional tat taste but I really like them.

Not a bad smoke very peppery in first third reminds me of DP black cuban classic been a while need to revisit it soon. Pete just tweeted the HCS broad leaf is ready so there is a new one in the pipe line from the sounds of it.

I didn't get the pepper at all in the ones I had. Agree with Cam as to the Tat taste. They were just ok for me. I don't think I would buy any, sale or not. Celtic sent me 4 in our last trade and I have had 2 of them.

So not even a decent $5 cigar in your opinion Ray?

Theoretically, based on the special, they are $6 a cigar [whip]

It's a good cigar, but not great, IMO. I had a couple of boxes early on. Gifted and traded 75% probably. It's not a bad cigar, but it isn't what I was looking for in a Tat.

If someone gave me one, which I recently got another one, I'll gladly smoke it. For $30 bucks I'd wait and grab a 10-pack of MOW Puros on Free Fall. Or add a few bucks and grab a 10 pack of the My Father Coronas. THOSE are some fantastic cigars...

There are some Tat Regios on FF right now that are going into the mid to low 30's. Much better smoke to me for close to the same price.

Go after the NHC. So much better at a reasonable price.

If you like a kick, get the Surrogates.
